Did you miss my Pop up Shop showing expressive Scottish, coastal-inspired, abstract paintings, prints and cards at The Shop With No Name, 2A Broughton Place, EH1 3RX in Feb/March 2026?It was an opportunity to browse and buy affordable originals, meet the artist, and connect in a relaxing arty environment. This series is called 'Lost and Found'. I am harmonising shapes and pulling together the different ways I work on paintings. I am exploring shapes, marks and colours that come from my previous work, from sketchbooks, from the natural environment and from my memories and experiences. Nature makes these shapes which are all unique.

'Untethered' is a collection of abstract coastal scenes combining the moods of the sea with marks on the beach and the shapes and lines sketched from the perspective of standing on the land look over the water. Many of the titles are inspired by Annie Worsley's 'Windswept' - a beautiful, poetic book about nature.
